If you are thinking of buying an Nakto I’ve owned one for three years, and commute everyday using it. Overall, Ive put well over 7k miles on it, and the only repair I’ve made was three tire tubes in the back. My battery has died in the sense that they are only designed to handle charges of around 800-900, however for the price it was worth it. They aren’t very good when climbing hills as well the assist pedal that happens when the battery is not in use isn’t very helpful. If the battery is not working, it’ll feel like you’re pedaling through the sand. BUT! for use as an electric bike, they’re good and inexpensive.
